ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds.  FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC. tries to adhere to scheduled departure times as much as possible. If you are late or miss your scheduled departure, you cannot exchange or refund your order. Please note there is no climate controlled area to wait for the bus during the boarding process. All guests must line up outside.

There are no restrooms on our vehicles. Please dress appropriately. SAFETY ADVISORY: FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC, COULD AGGRAVATE CERTAIN HEALTH CONDITIONS. The experience involves motion, sideways seating on the bus, constant starting and stopping, loud music, sounds effects, and wind. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is not recommended for guests with motion sickness or dizziness. Also sensitivity to strobe or other lighting effects, back, neck, or similar physical conditions, heart conditions or high blood pressure, or sensitivity to loud sounds. You are responsible for the use of your best judgements when deciding to experience our products. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is not wheelchair or handicapped accessible. However, FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC does try to accommodate passengers of all abilities, when possible. Disabled passengers would need to be able to ascend and descend 4 steps to board and deboard the bus, with assistance from members of their party.

For liability reasons, FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC staff is not allowed to assist, except in emergency. Folding wheelchair storage can be accommodated onboard or at the box office, depending on available space. Alcohol and displays of intoxication are strictly forbidden on our vehicles. Any drunken or unruly passenger(s) will be removed from our vehicles or the vehicle boarding area at the sole discretion of FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC staff and will not be issued an exchange or refund. Food and drinks are not allowed on our vehicles – other than bottled water. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC reserves the right to record various segments of our tours and performances for use on promotional and marketing material.

Please be advised that certain departures may be videotaped and/or photographed for future public and private broadcasts in the United States and internationally. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC makes every effort to provide on time service. It does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by various factors including weather, traffic road conditions, mechanical problems and any other conditions beyond FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC’s control. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC assumes no liability or responsibilities for property, delay or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government regulations or restrictions, from an act or omission of an individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond its control.

FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any tour advertised schedule or route without any notice and assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel a FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC tour or strand individuals on the bus. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. THE TOUR is appropriate for all ages. FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC are not recommended for children under the age of 3.

FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is not wheel chair accessible. Guest must be able to access seating with the assistance from another member of their party. Our staff may not assist you.

FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC will not refuse to provide transportation based upon race, color, national origin, religion, or sex.

Policies – FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC is family friendly excursions and so, we expect our guests to behave appropriately. Violating our policies may cause our staff to ask you to exit the bus (regardless of location on the route) without refund. Please review the following policies.

No Pets on the buses

Dress Code – Tattoos or clothing with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Examples of clothing not permitted are those which display:

• Profanity
• Pornography
• Graphic Violence
• Support of Drugs or drug use
• Gang symbols
• Promoting discrimination against any group

Prohibited Items:

• Knives
• Spiked clothing or jewelry
• Fireworks and explosives
• Firearms and ammunition
• Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
• Selfie sticks, monopods and similar devices

No Smoking

Language – Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be asked to leave the bus without refund.

Food or Drinks – No food or drinks are permitted on the buses.

No Alcoholic Beverages are permitted.

Please be aware that there are some restrictions and guidelines to ensure your safety. Only you know your physical conditions or limitations. Our safety advisory materials, whether located here, at our box office, on our coaches or on our tickets educate guests on the nature of our excursions and how to safely enjoy their experience on FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC.

General Release Of Liability

YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES being conducted by FLAMINGO BUS MIMAI LLC. including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

You CERTIFY that you are physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. You CERTIFY that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

You acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.

In consideration of my application and permitting you to participate in this activity, you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

(1) YOU WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including you traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers;

(2) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.

You acknowledge that FLAMINGO BUS MIAMI LLC and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

You acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people, including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity.

These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. You hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

You understand while participating in this activity, You may be photographed. You agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. YOU ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND YOU SIGN AND AGREE TO IT OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL.
